Our story

A grove, a press,
and a long summer.

Our orchard at sunrise

We planted our first 700 trees in 2023, on a slope that nobody else wanted — too hot, too dry, too far from the highway.

Pomegranates loved it. They want sun, stress, and patience. Three things our orchard has in abundance. Each fruit takes seven months to ripen, hanging until the skin cracks open under its own colour.

We pick by hand and bring the fruit straight to Sydney. Every Saturday at Carriageworks Farmers Market, we cold-press the juice in front of you — no heat, no concentrate, no shortcuts. The bottle you carry home was a whole pomegranate ten minutes earlier.

"We grow it, we squeeze it in front of you, you drink the season."

From our family farm in Lambs Valley, NSW, every bottle, punnet and crate is touched by us, packed by us, and accountable to us. Thank you for tasting our season.
